Carlowden offers a full service restaurant where it is not just “a stroke of luck” but a true dining experience.

Carlowden is pleased to announce Vickie Brotherton, to our members and guests as our Bar & Restaurant Manager. Vickie comes to Carlowden with over 17 years of experience in restaurant management. She and her staff welcome the opportunity to serve you our members and guests at Carlowden.

Carlowden Country Club offers quick lunches to five course meals prepared by Vickie and staff. The soups are home made here at the club with a wide variety of international flavors from Crème of Potato and shrimp to a sweet Italian sausage to crème of broccoli.

Entrees’ include a delicious caribbean chicken: A savory dish consisting of tender chicken breast rubbed with Caribbean spices, Mango Chutney and served over rice pilaf.

How about your favorite steak NY strip or Rib eye blackened, crusted with blue cheese or Cabernet mushroom glazed.

Finish your meal off with home made pastries, pies or cheese cake prepared by our own aspiring pastry chef Janelle Trowbridge.

Come to Carlowden any Wednesday evening for a pizza and wing special and return Thursday evening for our Lite Night where any lite beer or well drink is a low $2.00 or any lite draft for $1.50.

Carlowden will bring peace to your day with a fun round of golf, that full comfortable feeling after a delicious meal taking in the fantastic views across the slope of the number 17, 18 and number one fairways to the Black River Valley and beyond to the spectacular views Adirondack Mountains.

Located at the T box on hole 8, the "On The Turn" menu provides the equivalent of a drive-thru at the golf course! Call before you tee off and your order will be waiting for you when you are done with the 9th. You can even order to go to include your favorite beverage so you can enjoy even more great golf on the back nine.
